Non-microphone audio sources that musicians can add to their monitor mix — instruments, click tracks, backing tracks, etc. The name must match the channel name on the X32. Drag ⠿ to reorder this list.

Monitor mixes (in-ear or wedge) available to assign to musicians. Each monitor is identified by its X32 bus number, with a friendly label shown in the app.

Network connection settings for the Behringer X32. Scan the network to discover mixers automatically, or enter the IP address manually. Clicking Connect on a board, or Save & Reconnect, takes effect immediately.

Configure server logging. The log level controls which messages are written to the log file. Changes take effect immediately without restarting the server.

Set this to DEBUG when something is going wrong and you want to know why. The log then records the reason behind every decision the app makes — why a warning appeared, why a mic isn't in a list, why a fader change did or didn't reach the sound board — from this server and from every musician's phone, all in this one file. Make the problem happen again with it on, then use Share diagnostic data with support below. Put it back to WARNING afterwards: it writes a great deal.

Make sure your X32 is powered on and connected to the same network before continuing.

🎤 Microphones
Check each channel you want to make available as a microphone. Edit the label to give it a friendly name to show in the app. This name is the name of the microphone, not necessarily the name of the person who will use it. The source number identifies the physical input on the X32.

🎛️ Non-Mic Sends
Select additional audio sources musicians can add to their monitor mix — instruments, click tracks, backing tracks, etc. Names are matched exactly to channel and aux input names on the X32. Each one gets an icon guessed from its name; change it if the guess is wrong.

Your X32 has names on the channels and buses you just chose. Some of them may represent people. Audio Passport will not guess — tell it which are which.

Only a name you turn into a musician gets a managed monitor mix. Anything you leave alone here is left alone on the board too — nothing is written to it.

Folders group musicians on the admin screen — they change nothing on the board. These are the ones a new install starts with: rename any that don’t match your team, remove the ones you won’t use, and add your own. They can be renamed, reordered and added to later under ⚙ Settings.
