Folders group musicians on the admin screen. Drag ⠿ to reorder — this is the order they appear in on the admin screen.

Microphones available to assign to musicians. Each mic is identified by its physical source input number (not the channel number) on the X32, with a friendly label shown in the app.

Non-microphone audio sources that musicians can add to their monitor mix — instruments, click tracks, backing tracks, etc. The name must match the channel name on the X32. Drag ⠿ to reorder this list.

Monitor mixes (in-ear or wedge) available to assign to musicians. Each monitor is identified by its X32 bus number, with a friendly label shown in the app.

Network connection settings for the Behringer X32. Scan the network to discover mixers automatically, or enter the IP address manually. Clicking Connect on a board, or Save & Reconnect, takes effect immediately.

Setup Wizard
🎛️
Welcome to Audio Passport
This wizard will help you configure your available microphones, monitor mixes, and other audio sends from your sound board.

Make sure your X32 is powered on and connected to the same network before continuing.
🔌 Sound Board Connection
The wizard reads channel and bus information directly from your X32 to help set up your devices. If the X32 isn't detected automatically, enter its IP address and port below.

🎤 Microphones
Check each channel you want to make available as a microphone. Edit the label to give it a friendly name to show in the app. This name is the name of the microphone, not necessarily the name of the person who will use it. The source number identifies the physical input on the X32.

Name Examples:
  • Singer 1
  • Microphone 2
  • Pastor Mic 1
  • Lav Mic 1

🔊 Monitor Mixes
Check each bus you want to make available as a monitor mix. Edit the label to give it a friendly name. The bus number identifies the output bus on the X32.

Name Examples:
  • Monitor 1
  • Drums Headphones
  • Pianist Wedge
  • Podium Monitor

🎛️ Non-Mic Sends
Select additional audio sources musicians can add to their monitor mix — instruments, click tracks, backing tracks, etc. Names are matched exactly to channel names on the X32. Each one gets an icon guessed from its name; change it if the guess is wrong.
